Replacement parts and wear packages included:
Haul Trucks
HardSteel offers tail sections, tail wear strips, and complete bed liner kits for haul trucks from 100 ton to the new 400 ton trucks. Parts are prepared for shipping and labeled for easy installation.
Loaders
Bucket liners and wear packages are available for all loaders. These packages can include cheek plates, bottom wear plates, heel pads, half-arrow edge protectors, side bucket-edge protectors as well as liners for the buckets. HardSteel can also supply a complete line of hardfaced teeth and adapters.
Chipper Hoods
HardSteel can redesign your chipper hood and provide wear liners that will extend the time between maintenance cycles. These liners can be easily replaced to reduce downtime when maintenance is required. We can rebuild your worn hoods to extend their useful life and save you money.
Crusher Mills and Rotary Hammer Mills
HardSteel offers replacement liners for cone crushers and ball mill crushers. In rotary hammer mills, HardSteel offers liners and hammers. We can also rebuild your worn hammers to save you money as well.
Clinker Hoods
HardSteel has been successful in redesigning clinker hoods with removable, replaceable overlay liners. These overlay liners not only extend the maintenance cycle, but can be replaced quickly to reduce downtime. These hoods have been extremely successful in cement plant operations.
Cutting Edges
HardSteel uses both OEM and aftermarket cutting edges and then applies a wear-layer of our HS650 overlay plate. Customers have experienced increases in edge life of up to 500%. These edges are available for all rubber-tired and track loaders.
Castings
With the help of a local foundry, HardSteel has helped a number of customers with quality high-chrome steel casting. These casting have been used in variety of products including rotary hammers and pug mill paddles.
